We are a small micro bakery, specialising in artisan sourdough bread and handmade pastries, baked fresh every day.
We use a slow 24-hour fermentation process that means we only have a finite number of our goods that we can produce daily to maintain the quality and standards we set. But it's that long fermentation and love that we put into the product that we believe gets reflected at the end in the taste for our customers.
We believe in only using fresh ingredients with no additives. We try to source locally made ingredients or organic where possible to make sure that we provide simple, honest, no fuss freshly baked goods every day.
